A Perth South man is facing charges after the OPP was called to a home just after 2:00 a.m. over safety concerns for a child Friday night.
A family member had expressed the concerns for the child who was sleeping over at another residence.
The child was returned home and after an investigation a 57-year-old man was arrested and charged with “Invitation to Sexual Touching”.
He has a court appearance set for April 7th in Stratford after a bail hearing today.
