It’s been a challenging winter.
That’s according to Ed Dujlovic, Stratford’s Director of Infrastructure and Development Services.
Despite that Dujlovic says the city still has some room in the winter maintenance budget:

He added that by the end of this month he believes the budget will be spent, with next November and December still to be accounted for.
On top of that Dujlovic says the city has already been dealing with an annual spring tradition as well:
