According to CTV News Kitchener he was sentenced to seven years behind bars yesterday. Galbraith was found guilty of criminal fraud and two Bankruptcy Act charges this past December. Through his company Pigeon King International he sold breeding pigeons to hundreds of investors with a contract to buy back the offspring at a profit to the breeder. It was determined that the company was a massive Ponzi scheme that was only sustainable by finding more and more breeders to pay the money already owed to previous investors.
