Cullitons eliminate Dutchmen with 3-2 win in Game Five

The Cullitons have punched their ticket to the Cherrey Cup finals.

They defeated the Dutchmen 3-2 in a stunning, come-from-behind overtime victory last night in Kitchener.

After falling behind 2-0, Stratford rallied to force sudden death then Trevor MacDonald banked the winner early in the extra period.

Coach Tyler Canal credited MacDonald’s speed for creating the scoring opportunity.

Canal says they didn’t think they would beat the number one team in five games but it is a nice accomplishment.
