UTRCA says water levels rising again

The Upper Thames River Conservation Authority is warning people once again to stay away from waterways.

The recent rain has caused water levels in local streams and rivers to rise.

The high water levels pose a significant danger to people, especially children.

Banks are slippery and the water is both cold and fast moving.

Parents are urged to keep their kids away from them.

In the meantime the UTRCA says it isn’t expecting any major flooding.
