It’s that time of the year again.
The 4th Annual Stratford Garbage Can Decorating Competition launches on Thursday at 2:00 p.m.
An exhibit of decorated cans, including past winners, will be on display at the Festival Marketplace mall.
The deadline for entries into the competition is April 23rd.
You can pick up your entry form at the Customer Service/Lottery Kiosk at the Mall.
