With the Hog Jog just around the corner organizers have announced this year’s “cause”. It’s Stratford/Perth Shelterlink.
Each year proceeds from the fundraiser are donated to a charity that has an impact on rural residents. Stratford/Perth Shelterlink was started in 1991 to help people between 16 and 24-years-old who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
The 11th annual Hog Jog is set for next Wednesday with roughly 500 people expected to take part. You can find more information about the fundraiser at this website.
