Clarence White, of Ritz Lutheran Villa in Mitchell, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at the age of 91. Born in Ellice Township on November 12, 1924, son of the late Anne (nee Brown) and George S. White. Beloved husband of Marie White (nee Bruxer). Loved father of Sharon Walsh (Pat), Ray (Pauline), Teresa McIntosh (Ralph), Mary Lou Brodhagen (Dennis) and John (Nancy). Proud grandfather of 19 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Leo White (Mary) of London. Also survived by his in-laws: Marilyn White, Frank Bruxer and Larry and Helen Cook. Predeceased by his brothers Dan, Joe, Gerald and Austin and by his sister Mary. Clarence farmed all his life and was a faithful member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Kinkora. Family and friends may call at the W. G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Sunday, August 7, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers at 4 pm. The Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Kinkora on Monday, August 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Clare Coleman officiating. Interment in the Parish Cemetery followed by a reception at the Kinkora Community Centre.
