April ‘Fuels’ Day protest tomorrow

Tomorrow is April 1st.

Local environmental activists are urging you not to be a ‘fossil fool’.

The first ever ‘Festival City Fossil Fuelish Day’ will take place Tuesday in Stratford.

People will gather in front of the Tom Patterson Theatre at 4:30pm.

They will then walk along the Avon River to the Stratford Festival theatre raising awareness about the oil sands and our nation’s dependence on fossil fuels.

It is part of a national day of action against environmental destruction.
