Seed discussion in Stratford Wednesday

Farmers will gather at the Local Community Food Centre this week to discuss seeds.

Proposed changes to the Plant Breeders Rights Act through Bill C-18 will overhaul how seeds are bought, sold, stored or reused in Canada.

The National Farmers Union will deliver a presentation Wednesday night at 7:30pm at 612 Erie Street.

A discussion will follow.
