Heronim Koperski, age 94, passed away peacefully at the Mitchell Nursing Home on September 8, 2016. Henry was born in Poland, October 16, 1921 and came to Canada in 1950. He worked at Reliance Electric until his retirement. He was a member of St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Stratford. Beloved husband for 70 years of Stanslawa (Stella) Koperski. Loving father of Marie Hood, John Koperski (Dana Bolton) and Ed Koperski. Grandfather of Stephanie Tucker (Doug), Julianne Robinson (Ken), Alexandra Bolton, Christopher Bolton and Micaelah Bolton-Koperski. Great grandfather of Stephen and Brian. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in Poland. Friends and relatives may call at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Saturday, September 10, from 2 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 3 p.m. with a reception to follow. Private family interment at Avondale Cemetery.
