George W. Grant passed away at Kingsway Lodge on April 1, 2014 in his 96th year. Husband of the late Dorothy C. Grant who predeceased him in 2002. Loving father of Anne Gregory and Don of Tavistock, Bruce Grant and Janice and Ron Grant and Linda, all of St. Marys. Grandfather of Sarah and Jeff, Rebecca and Andy, Jeremy and Beth, Nicolas, David and Meagan, Matthew, Nathan, Jeff and great-grandfather of Joshua, Jesse, Ashley, Emily, Peyton, Ashton, Lucas, Olivia, Jordan, Jaxon, Amara and predeceased by Tyler. Brother of Stewart Grant and Cathie, Don, Ross Grant and Doreen and brother-in-law of Bill Hill, predeceased by Earl Grant and Margaret, Peggy Grant and June Hill. Also remembered by special friend Peggy Mandigo. Visitation at Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home, 47 Wellington St. South, St. Marys on Thursday from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be conducted at the ST. MARYS UNITED CHURCH, 85 Church St. South, St. Marys, on Friday, April 4, 2014 at 2 p.m. Interment in St. Marys Cemetery.
