The Stratford Family Health Team is getting some new digs.
It’s moving from the Jenny Trout Centre to the Stratford Medical Centre on Douro Street next month. The SFHT says the new building provides an opportunity to expand services and programs while bringing the whole team into one space.
Family doctors will begin seeing patients at the Stratford Medical Centre on January 16th. You can find more details about the move at the SFHT’s website.
