The Oxford County OPP is investigating after a dog was found dead in Zorra Township. The dog was frozen in a cage.
It was found Tuesday near the bank of the Thames River on the 15th Line just south of Road 64.
The dog was a dark, brindle colour and was wrapped in a red and white floral patterned blanket. It was wearing a silver metal prong collar but no tags were found.
