Pet tags for 2017 are now on sale.
The City of Stratford is reminding residents that all dogs and cats in Stratford have to wear a registration tag at all times. The tags expire at the end of every year.
If you buy them before March 1st you can save $10 on tags for dogs and cats that are more than a year old. Seniors get a discount and new residents are allowed to exchange their current tags to City of Stratford tags one time for no cost.
Pet tags can be bought at the Humane Society, at the Clerk’s office at city hall or at various veterinary clinics and pet stores.
