Canada wide warrant issued

The OPP’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad has issued a Canada-wide warrant for a man with ties to the area.

The ROPE Squad says Matthew Barges is 32, white, stands about 5’8” tall, has a slim build and a scar on his forehead. He’s serving a two-year sentence for, among other things, armed robbery and is known to frequent Kitchener, Waterloo, and Guelph.
