Elderly Man Killed in Perth East Crash

Police are investigating a fatal crash in Perth East.  Police say a horse-drawn buggy and a car crashed on Line 67 east of Perth Road 136 yesterday morning.  The four people in the buggy were all hurt.  Seventy-four-year-old David Kuepfer was killed.  Two others are in stable condition in hospital and one has been released.  The 18-year-old driving the car was not hurt.
