It’s full speed ahead for the Swan Parade this weekend.
The rain and warmer temperatures have given the Avon River a decent thaw.
Events will be happening all weekend, with the parade itself set for Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
Jennifer Lynn with the Civic Beautification Committee tells us why you might want to get there a little earlier:

The swan board will be unveiled at 1:30 p.m.
