Another rabid cow has been found in Perth County.
The Perth District Health unit says the calf was located at a farm in Wallace Ward. It’s the same farm where another rabid animal was already found earlier this month.
That puts the total number of rabid cows found in Perth County since 2015 up to four. No human contact with the animal occurred. The PDHU says people should ensure their pets have up-to-date rabies vaccinations.
