An Oxford County man is facing charges after an investigation by the OPP’s Child Sexual Exploitation Unit.
The OPP says 21-year-old Matthew James Monahan of Norwich Township is facing three counts of Luring a Child for a Sexual Purpose and one count of Sending Sexually Explicit Material to a Person Under 16 Years of Age.
The OPP says the charges stem from a complaint from a parent they got last month. The investigation is ongoing.
