A North Perth man has been charged for drinking and driving.
Perth County OPP says the man was pulled over Friday night at the intersection of Kincaid Street and Nelson Avenue South. A breath test showed the man had been driving over the legal limit.
The 41-year-old’s licence has been suspended for 90 days, his vehicle seized for seven, and he will appear in North Perth Court on March 8th.
