Local history on display in the Stonetown

Local history will be on display next Friday in St. Mary’s.

It’s part of the 21st annual St. Mary’s Heritage Fair, meant to share artifacts from the area’s history. This year’s theme is ‘Celebrating Stonetown,’ in honour of Canada’s 150th anniversary.

The free event happens from 7:00pm to 9:00pm on Friday, February 24th, at the Pyramid Recreation Centre. If you’re looking to show off your own piece of history, you are being asked to contact the St. Mary’s Museum by next Tuesday at (519) 284-3556.
