The City of Stratford’s Animal Control Working Group is meeting again this week. The meeting is open to the public.
The group was appointed by the city to help in its review of the Animal Control By-law.
It’s looking at things like banning the sale of pets in pet stores, limiting the number of pets allowed per household, pro-rating or waiving licensing fees for rescue pets and limiting the amount of dogs per owner allowed in the off-leash Stratford Dog Park.
The meeting is happening tomorrow at 4:30pm in the Falstaff Room at 82 Erie Street.
