The Stratford Police are taking applications for the second annual Citizen Police Academy. The program is designed to give people a look at what real police work is like.
The service says last year’s inaugural academy was an overwhelming success. Topics of study include things like criminal investigations and use of force.
The program, which is a partnership with the University of Waterloo, Stratford Campus, runs from the beginning of April to the end of May.
You have to apply online by next Tuesday. You can find the application at the Stratford Police Service’s website.
