Stratford General rearranging clinics to improve outpatient experience

The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance says it’s improving the outpatient experience at Stratford General Hospital.

Starting in two weeks, on the 27th, a number of clinics are moving to the first floor of the West Building, instead of being scattered throughout the hospital.  Outpatients will start going into the hospital through the West Building and heading to Patient Registration that’s just inside the entrance.

Anne Campbell, Vice President Partnerships & Patient Experience, says it’ll improve flow and resource use. The clinics that are moving include allergy, internal medicine, and pediatric diabetes.

You can find the complete list of affected outpatient clinics at the HPHA’s website.
