Tools worth $27,000 stolen

The OPP is investigating a massive tool heist in North Perth. It happened Saturday night at a business on Road 164.

The OPP says those responsible broke into an 18’ trailer to get at the tools. They also got into a storage box that had been mounted to the bed of a pickup truck.

A number of power tools worth roughly $27,000 were stolen.

If you know anything about this theft you’re asked to call the Perth County OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Here is a list of the stolen tools:

-Dewalt tool set, including grinder, drills and chargers, yellow in color

-Cordless hammer drill and grinder

-Miller welder, blue in color

-CST 280 welder

-Hilti Hammer

-Thermodynamic hand plasma cutter

-Makita grinder and impact drill, teal in color

-Stihl concrete saw

-Honda generator, red in color
