Local OPP detachments are urging people to have a safe and responsible St. Patrick’s Day.
The OPP says that while the day can bring friends and families together it’s also become one of the most dangerous days on the road thanks to drunk drivers.
The OPP says you should always have a designated driver, take a cab home or plan to stay over. Remember that if you’re hosting a party you’re ultimately responsible for anyone that’s drinking at your home or business.
