Armed robbery at Stratford convenience store

Stratford Police are investigating a robbery at East End Variety. It happened around 11:00pm Wednesday night.

Police say two men walked into the Douro Street store with a weapon and demanded money from the clerk. After stealing some cash and cigarettes they took off on foot.

The men are described as being in their mid to late teens. The first is about 5’2” and was wearing a dark coat with brown rings around the sleeves and bottom. The other is about 5’7” and was wearing a dark hoody with red on the front, khaki pants and blue running shoes.
