Part of Savour Stratford the Tourism Alliance says it’s a way to welcome back the Canadian Dairy XPO.
11 restaurants in and around the city are taking part. Each one is offering up a special cheese-based dish like bacon-jam poutine and cheddar bacon butter tarts.
