Nicholas Lemon’s Some TV! has been named best comedy at the 2017 B Free Awards on Brooklyn’s Free Speech Network.
Some TV! is the former Stratford man’s comedy special that he describes as a combination of The Muppets and Monty Python. Lemon says he’s appreciative of the award:
He says his time in Stratford played a big part in Some TV!:
Some TV! first aired on Rogers TV in Toronto and is now on New York City’s BRIC TV. Lemon says since the award he’s been getting calls about other options for airing Some TV!.
He says he’s open to expanding the show further:
