A soon-to-be Stratford Police constable may be the most physically fit cop in the province.
Cadet Jonathan Merkley recently placed first in the Service Open category at the Ontario CrossFit Games. That’s a category for first responders. Merkley says it takes a lot of different training to achieve that:

Merkley ranked 10th overall in Canada and 77th worldwide. He heads to police college in May.
