Nearly 170 first-year medical students will spread out across Southwestern Ontario to get some hands-on experience.
The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance says 28 students from Western University’s Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry will spend Discovery Week will shadow local doctors and dentists.
The learning experience runs this week and next week in 30 communities from St. Thomas to Owen Sound.
