A Stratford man has died in a plane crash in Muskoka. The small plane crashed near the Muskoka Airport yesterday around 5:00pm. There were only two occupants of the plane and they have been identified as 48 year old Allan Metivier of Stratford and 66 year old Ted Dirstein of Bracebridge. Both are deceased. The airplane crashed shortly after taking off from the Muskoka Airport. The Transportation Safety Board and the Office of the Chief Coroner are investigating the cause of the crash.
