Perth East Council holding public meetings on proposed zoning changes

Perth East Council is looking for the public’s input on three zoning changes.

The first is located at 4725 Line 61 in the Mornington Ward.  The owners need a change for a barn expansion.

The second is in the Mornington Ward as well at 8232 Perth Line 86.  The owners want to expand the existing farm house.

Finally the third is in Shakespeare on 2213 William Shakespeare Street.  The applicants are looking to have the lands rezoned from “Institutional” to “Residential”.

All three zoning changes will be discussed at the council meeting on May 6th at 7:30 p.m. in Milverton at the Perth East Council Chambers, 25 Mill Street East.
