A Mitchell woman is getting some recognition. Jean Morris has been honoured as the Senior of the Year for West Perth.
She was given a plaque at council this week.
Morris has been volunteering for 35 years and is involved with her church and 4-H clubs, the fair and fundraising for the Canadian Cancer Society.
