A farm accident in Perth East has claimed the life of a 12-year-old boy. Police say it happened last night at a property on Line 61. The boy is identified as Samuel Zehr of Perth East. Emergency services say the boy had been working in the barn. He was taken to hospital and later died. A post mortem is scheduled for today.
