Stratford, St Marys and the County of Perth will conduct a joint labour market strategy partnership.
The provincial government has handed over $229,000 to make it happen.
The strategy will engage industry, employers, educators, employment and training organizations.
The goal is to develop a strategic road map for ensuring a sustainable, balanced labour market into the future.
