National Immunization Awareness Week

Recent outbreaks of measles and whooping cough in Canada prove the necessity and importance of vaccinations.

Completely preventable diseases like the two just mentioned are resurfacing because people aren’t keeping themselves or their children safe with up to date vaccines.

With that in mind, next week is National Immunization Awareness Week.

If you haven’t already done so, the Canadian Public Health Association urges you to speak to your doctor or health unit about getting up to date vaccines for your entire family.
