Hazel Fairbanks passed away at Kingsway Lodge on April 24, 2014 at the age of 90.
Beloved wife of the late Jack Fairbanks. Loving mother of late Jerry and his
wife Ann Louise and survived by Joan and her husband Bob Doupe. Dear
grandmother of Mike Fairbanks and his wife Erin, Stephanie and her husband Steve
Ische and Jeff Doupe and his wife Anna. Great-grandmother of Matthew, Lauren
Ische, Ethan and Lindsay Fairbanks, Emmett and Gabrielle Doupe. Also survived
by sister-in-law Mary Fairbanks of Ingersoll. Visitation at the Andrew L.
Hodges Funeral Home, 47 Wellington St. South, St. Marys (519-284-2820) on
Sunday, April 27, from 7 – 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at the
funeral home on Monday, April 28, 2014 at 11 a.m. Interment in St. Marys
Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Marys Friendship Centre or
