Two more cases of PED in our region

There are two new confirmed cases of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea in the region.

OMAFRA says PED surfaced on a Nursery in Huron County and a finisher operation in Bruce County on Tuesday.

It had been nearly two weeks since the nasty virus had wormed its way into a farm in Ontario.

PED has now hit 54 farms in the province including six in Perth, 10 in Huron and nine in Oxford.
