Outdoor Movie Night Set to Convey Important Message to Families

Tonight our local Health Unit will be hosting a free outdoor movie night for families in Stratford.

Public Health Promoter Lyndsay O’Donnell says the health unit will be showing the movie Trolls.

The Perth District Health Unit says it’s taking the time to show parents what kind of impact smoking in movies can have on the likelihood of kids and teens smoking in real life.

Activities begin around 7:30 with the showing of Trolls beginning around a quarter to nine.

O’Donnell says if the weather doesn’t cooperate the event will be moved to The Rotary Complex, following the health unit on Twitter and Facebook for updates.
