A man from Perth County is among two others arrested for trying to get a V-I-P view of the Grand Bend fireworks on Canada Day.
Huron County OPP say three men in their 20s climbed to the top of a 200 foot water tower, began drinking and set off fireworks of their own.
Two of the men were able to get down on their own while a third needed firefighter assistance.
The three are set to appear in court in September.
