Foundation Prompting Residents to Donate to Favourite Charity Over Summer Months

The Stratford Perth Community Foundation says giving to your favourite charity over the summertime can have a huge impact.

Donations can often be seasonal when it comes to certain causes, such as around Christmas time.

Executive Director of the foundation Tracy Van Kalsbeek says some charitable groups and organizations see a lull in donations over the summer months.

The foundation helps to contribute to causes such as the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program and Family Services in the region.
