Perth County Council is meeting this week, starting with a presentation on broadband service improvements for rural residents in the region.
The presentation from Southwestern Integrated Fibre Technology will be talking investment, reach, viability, cost and an outlook on service along with implementation should the county decide to move on a deal.
A motion from Stratford City Council is also due to the county on its support of community efforts to keep long-term care beds in the area.
