City Opens Community Grants for 2018

Charities along with community groups and organizations can apply for grants starting this week from the City of Stratford.

Director of Corporate Services Andre Morin says the more than half-a-million dollars in funding is up for grabs.

He says organizations can apply now through the City of Stratford website or directly through City Hall for 2018.

The funding can be used for programming, events or other needs with the deadline to apply set for October 20th.

A committee will approve applications before the city heads into budget talks in January of next year.

You can apply either online or directly at City Hall.
