Police have identified the man found dead inside a locked Hydro One compound in Zorra Township. A person walking by the substation on Road 78 Wednesday noticed someone lying on the ground inside. Emergency crews found 64-year-old Ronald Hammond of Durham. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are reminding everyone of the dangers of trespassing into an electrical facility.
