Prime Minister Justin Trudeau took a tour of the Stratford Festival today along with spending some one-on-one time with Indigenous youth from across the province.
The program which brought the youth to Stratford, DAREarts works with at-risk members of remote Indigenous communities.
Trudeau spoke with the group which has been working on a special project in tandem with the Festival’s production of the Breathing Hole.
The play follows the life of a polar bear, featuring Indigenous writers, actors and director.
Trudeau also made a stop at the Goderich Salvation Army during its annual Backpack Drive this morning.
