Council Gives Green Light To Approve $2.2 Million Sewer Improvements

Mornington Street between Graff Avenue and Vivian Line 37 will be closed for at least three months starting September 5th.

Stratford City Council gave the green light on a $2.2 million contract to extend Mornington Street’s sanitary trunk.

Residents east of McCarthy will have improved sanitary and sewer services once the project is wrapped up.

Council says the city will be working with residents to keep water services running during the project, as-well-as working on access as the closure will affect local traffic and emergency routes.
