The annual Terry Fox Run is set for Sunday here in Stratford in an effort to raise funding and awareness in the name of cancer research.
Event organizer Rena Spevak Orr says Stratford is joining 215 other communities across Canada.
She says the run is as much about raising awareness as it is raising money.
Terry Fox himself came through Stratford during his attempt to run across the country 37 years ago.
