OPP Bring in Air Unit to Help During Operation Impact

South western Ontario OPP detachments along with local police forces are working together to crack down on the big four.

Operation Impact targets distracted, impaired and aggressive driving along with seatbelt use.

The OPP is reminding drivers its air unit has been participating in the campaign, recently nabbing a driver going over 180KPH in a 100.

Speed and distracted driving continue to be the top contributors to deaths on Ontario’s roads.
